Mental performance training is delivered through structured, practical sessions designed to support consistent execution under pressure. Services are tailored to the athlete, team, or environment, with a strong focus on application in training and competition or performance settings.

Individual Mental Performance Training

One-on-one sessions focused on developing key mental skills such as confidence, focus, emotional/anxiety control, pressure management, and performance consistency. Sessions are individualized, goal-driven, and applied directly to the athlete’s sport and competitive demands.

Team/Group Mental Performance Training

Group sessions designed to support team performance through shared language, consistent mental skills, and effective responses to pressure. Topics may include confidence, communication, composure, readiness, resetting after mistakes, and competitive mindset. Sessions can be delivered pre-season, in-season, or as targeted workshops.

Performance Education for Coaches/Staff/Parents

Education sessions for coaches, parents,  and support staff focused on communication, expectation setting, and creating environments that support performance. These sessions help align coaching language and behaviour with the mental demands athletes face in training and competition.
